  • Step 1

    After placing the coffee powder. In Pour Over mode, long press the timer key. The scale will enter auto brewing timer & flow rate display.

    When the water weight is detected, the timer will start automatically.

  • Step 2

    After brewing is done, remove all coffee utensils in one go. The scale locks the data of the last brew for about 7 seconds. The countdown shows 3 2 1 and then returns to the initial state ready for the next brew.

  • Step 1

    Place the scale on the espresso machine tray, after turning it on, place the espresso cup on the scale, and the scale will auto zero the weight of cup.

  • Step 2

    Operate the espresso machine, when the coffee liquid drips into the cup, it starts weighing and timing automatically. When the dripping stops, the weight and time stop automatically.
