MATRIX E1 Shot Espresso & Pour-Over Coffee Scale

The MATRIX E1 Shot brings espresso and pour-over together in one compact coffee scale. Automatic espresso timing follows the flow of your shot, while manual pour-over timing keeps bloom, pulse pours and drawdown under your control. Switch from the included stainless-steel drip cup to the removable metal platform and move easily from espresso to a sharing server.

ESPRESSO — AUTOMATIC TIMING
Place the drip cup on the scale and tare. Timing begins automatically when espresso starts flowing and weight increases continuously, then stops when the flow ends and the reading stabilizes. Time and beverage weight remain visible together.

POUR-OVER — MANUAL TIMING
Remove the drip cup, install the metal platform and double-press Timer to switch modes. Start and stop timing manually, so blooming, pulse pours and drawdown pauses never interrupt your brew timer.

CARE AND USE
The scale is not waterproof. Do not wash or immerse it. Use a standard 5 V charger; do not use PD/QC fast chargers or operate the scale while charging. Confirm that the scale, platform and brewing vessel fit your espresso machine or setup before use. Do not overload the scale. Not intended for commercial transactions by weight.
